- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I went to West Valley Urgent Care-Surprise, for a chronic allergic asthma condition. I had a very short wait and was seen by a very nice NP, who took care of me and sent me home with medicine. I came in again to be an established patient, due to them also being a doctor's office. I have been there a total of three times and every time the staff have been very pleasant and FNP Van Dorn is so funny and knowledgeable. I am also going to establish my husband to this office. They will figure a way to get you in if they're booked, if you are insistent you must be seen. Give them a chance, some people just expect too much.....November 14, 2017by Paula DeLong-Nuss
