- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The staff at Surprise Family Urgent Care were quite lovely, so I would rate them a lot higher. The doctor I saw, who barely saw me, is who I am actually rating - Dr. Vu. I went to Urgent Care because I had a medical issue, and I was treated as if I was an inconvenience. Antibiotics were prescribed to, more or less, make the annoyance disappear. I left there feeling not terribly confident that he knew what was wrong. I'm actually not even sure he knew I was there. He never made eye contact with me and rushed to get out the door, even as I asked questions. All in all, he soured me on the experience so that I will not return here, which is unfortunate.
